THMC Sub-Committees
The subcommittees of THMC are purpose-driven, varied groups that concentrate on topics such as commerce, education, and cultural preservation. They act as focal points for community involvement, idea sharing, and networking.
These subcommittees are essential to THMC’s objective of unification, empowerment, and advancement since they support everything from entrepreneurial promotion to cultural event planning.
In order to familiarize prospective board members with the extent, responsibilities, and duties of the executive board, the subcommittees also encourage and incorporate volunteers from the membership community to join and support them.
- Name: Community History Archive
- Purpose: Collection, documentation and archiving of the Thattai Bhatia Community History

- Name: Bye-Laws AOA & MOUs & Contracts
- Purpose: Drafting, updating and management of Bye-Laws, AOA, MOUs and legal contracts

- Purpose: THMC property construction and redevelopment project

- Name: Estate Management & Maintenance
- Purpose: Day to day issues / property repair & maintenance

- Purpose: Organizing and managing THMC cultural, educational, and networking events

- Purpose: Information and Computer Technology integration. Website management

- Purpose: Management of financial matters, redevelopment project funds, and charity contributions

- Purpose: Management of THMC membership database & new applications

- Name: Members Benefits, Business Integration & Cooperation
- Purpose: Manage services and member benefits. Identify ways for THMC member businesses to cooperate and conduct business together. Coordination with other associations and NGOs

- Purpose: Execution and management of all Public Relations matters including the newsletter
